PTA

Welcome to the PTA section of our website.

Your Pollington-Balne Church of England Primary School PTA is made up of volunteers from the local community. We raise charitable and additional funds for this Ofsted noted “Outstanding” school.  We also help to drive projects, including buying new equipment and providing resources to help your children in their school development. Over the years our projects have included funding the purchase of a stage & audio/visual technology for the school hall, creating a fully furnished music room and funding a library replenishment. With great joy, we even recently provided a full suite of computers! The PTA celebrate the achievements of our leavers each year by funding name printed leaver hoodies and memorable school leaver books.

We are always looking for additional members to help and so don’t be shy if you would like to join in the fun!  If you have any great ideas for the school and children, which the PTA may be able to help with, please contact us via Facebook or make contact with Catherine Barningham or Dannii Crump

Please look out for our future PTA communications of events and achievements!

Pre-loved School Uniform

The PTA still holds a selection of pre-loved school cardigans and jumpers.  We do have quite a few smaller jumpers aged 5-6 and 6-7 for any new starters.  These are all £2 each and all monies go towards school projects.  Please get in touch with Catherine Barningham via email (pollingtonpta@gmail.com)if you require anything.

PTA Letter for New Members

In memory of Queen Elizabeth ll and her dedicated service to our country. It is with great sadness that we have heard of the death of our much loved Queen. Our prayers are with her family at this time, that they will find peace, comfort and courage during their sorrow and loss. As a school community, we will sensitively support our children in the coming days as we enter a period of national mourning, and will provide further information when it becomes available and royal protocols are made known.
