Welcome to Class 4!
We have an exciting year we are having already!
Year 3, welcome to Key Stage 2! What fun we are going to have this year and I can't wait to see the progress you are going to make - there are so many moments of pride ahead!
Year 4, I am DELIGHTED to be teaching you again! Our second year together is going to be awesome - I know that you are going to keep challenging yourselves and digging deep into your learning!
During the Autumn Term, we shall be using our Geographical and Science skills to investigate Volcanoes and Earthquakes while, in RE, we consider what aspects of God's creation create awe and wonder. In Spring, we shall be working as Historians and Artists to investigate the Shang Dynasty linking to the Chinese New Year. We shall also be drawing on our skills and knowledge as Geographers to learn about the Yangtze River and how it has impacted on people's lives throughout the centuries in relation to settlements, farming and the economy. The Summer, however, will take us closer to home as we go back in time to investigate the Saxon/Viking Battle of York!
Please keep checking this page for news and events - information will be added as well as regular homework details.
