Class 2.
I am delighted to welcome the children into their class and I am very excited about working together. We have a mixture of year 1 and 2 children this year in the class. There will be opportunities for both year groups to work within the larger key stage 1 group as we go through the year.
We have lots of exciting activities planned as part of your learning journey in Class 2; I can't wait to share them with you.
We will be taking part in forest school this term and our PE days are Monday and Friday. Please wear your PE to school on our PE days and bring change of clothes for Forest School, as it can get a bit muddy!
Homework will be sent out every two weeks. Hard copies will be sent home and you can find copies on our class page. In addition to this, you receive spellings each week. These will be given out on Fridays and a spelling test will be given the following Fridays. You will also receive a reading book. Please try to read at home and sign in your reading record when you have read.
