Summer Fayre

The Summer Fayre on Saturday 22nd June was a fantastic event. The weather was wonderful, and there was lots to see and do. We were visited by a photographer from the Goole Times, so keep your eyes peeled in this week's paper to see if they have printed the story!

There was a barbecue and craft stalls with local people selling things they have made. We had a plant stall, and a hair decoration stall. The PTA were painting nails, and there were numerous cakes and buns for sale.

A massive "Thank you" to everyone who took part, donated items, or attended the event. The school raised £329.60 (not including the money the PTA took), and Bethany and Mila raised a further £28.26 by selling cakes and having a 'name the bear' competition. They are donating the money to The Dogs Trust, and set up and ran the stall themselves. Well done girls!

An email has gone out with the winners of the raffle, so please contact the office if you are one of the lucky winners!

Many thanks to all those who supported the School Summer Fayre!
