13 July and beyond

Well done Turner you have been an amazing class. You have been fun, creative, resilient, imaginative and most of all interested learners. I will remember all of you with very happy memories.

Hello Turner families

I hope you have all enjoyed the sunshine over the weekend and feel ready for the next 3 days before we break up.

I have set up a teams party for everyone to join on Wednesday at 10.30 - and I hope you can pop in to see us who are waiting to see you virtually on the large screen in the school hall.  So because it is a party I would like you to wear a party hat and if you can have a space so that you can join in with the dancing.

For reading this week I have not sent Read, Write Inc due to it being a shortened week so please use Oxford Owl for your individual reading choices (use the colour level that you use now and there are many titles to chose from).

I would like you to be as active as possible and we will be having a small class sports day on Monday and Tuesday afternoons on a part of the school field so perhaps you could also do a running race, skipping race, egg and spoon race and try a dressing up race too.

I have also added the links for The Oak National Academy, BBC Bitesize and Oxford Owl for you to dip in and out of.

Best Wishes for a long and lovely summer holiday.  I will be available via email should any child or parent request me during the summer break.

Mrs McIntyre
