Welcome Worship October 2010 Y4/5
Year 4 & 5's Welcome Worship was a production of 'The Iron Man' by Ted Hughes. Described by some as a modern fairy tale, the story is about the unexpected arrival in England of a giant "metal man" of unknown origin who rains destruction on the countryside, before befriending a small boy and defending the world from an apparent dragon from outer space. After Welcome Worship the audience were invited for refreshments and a were able to see the children working on various school projects and presentations.

Charlie & the Chocolate Factory Show
Click here to see photos of our fantastic summer production!
It is with great thanks to Mrs Pickerill, and the staff of the Snaith School, that we were able to put on a wonderful production of Charlie and the Chocolate factory on 7th and 8th July. The children worked extremely hard (and had a great deal of fun) rehearsing and learning their lines, as did parents, finding and making costumes. It was all worth it, to see the children and their fantastic performance 'coming to life', and we are already planning our next production. Well done to you all!
School Fayre 2010
A huge THANK YOU to all those families who contributed to the Summer Fayre either by holding a stall, helping ‘behind the scenes’ or by joining in the festivities. It was a resounding success, raising a whopping £800. The children will decide through their class councils, how they would like to spend the money. We are hoping for an even bigger event next year, so put 21st May 2011 in your diary! Some photos of the day can be viewed here.
